Crescent Seas, the visionary residential cruise line redefining luxury living at sea, launched to the public last month with Navigator—formerly Regent Seven Seas Navigator—as its inaugural vessel. Now, the company is further cementing its position as a leader in residential cruising with the acquisition of a second ship, Insignia, previously known as Oceania Navigator. Both vessels were part of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ (NCLH) prestigious fleets, including Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises.

Insignia: A $50 Million Transformation into Ultra-Luxury Residences
Undergoing a more than $50 million revitalization, Insignia will emerge as a premier floating residence featuring 290 private homes priced from $650,000 to $10 million. Residents will enjoy dedicated butler service, refined gourmet dining, bespoke on-deck experiences, and seamless connectivity with Starlink internet. In partnership with Oceania Cruises, an NCLH subsidiary, Insignia will officially join Crescent Seas at the end of 2027, with its inaugural voyage set for New Year’s 2027. Sales open to the public in late summer 2025 from Crescent Seas’ sales gallery at the Gale Miami Hotel & Residences.
Navigator: Launching the Future of Residential Cruising
Joining Insignia is Navigator, offering 210 residences ranging from $750,000 to $8 million. Navigator sets sail in December 2026, with sales beginning April 9. Crescent Seas has also announced plans to introduce three additional ultra-luxury residential vessels over the next five years.
