She helped us with our questions about the AMA app. She also volunteered to secure our tickets to the Anne Frank House. Many other cruisers were disappointed because they did not know to buy them in advance. Lillian even answered questions when she was on a trip herself. Our tour guide, Lillian, did an exceptional job organizing and leading our trip to Cincinnati, the Ark Encounter, the Underground Railroad Museum, and the Louisville Slugger Factory. She was professional, knowledgeable, and organized, ensuring that every part of the trip ran smoothly. Our hotel stays were top notch and very comfortable. Title: First Trip As A Couple!

This was our first trip together as a couple and it couldn’t have gone better. From the excitement of meeting with Lillian, letting her get to know us and our expectations to actually just being able to let go and enjoy what she had planned for us. We stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas and the view from our room could not have been more beautiful, the fountains, the mountains, just lovely. The Hotel was amazing! Free breakfast, spacious, comfortable, and close to everything. Highly recommend.

The wine tour was a 10 out of 10! We actually have a case of wine being shipped to us. We loved the smaller wineries—definitely our style—and had an absolute blast.

The meet and greet was so nice and welcoming.

The Hotel —WOW WOW WOW. Pictures and stories will never do it justice. We’re already dreaming of going back, and when we do, we have to stay there again. We loved it.

The wine tasting host was amazing and so kind. The only thing we’d note is that the tasting happened in the open area of the bar, and it was a bit hard to hear him at times due to the surrounding noise—but overall, we had a great time.

The sunset boat ride was incredible. Our captain was a great guide and gave us space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

As a whole, we absolutely cannot wait to return someday.

Sorrento
Our driver to Sorrento was very kind and got us there safely.

The hotel was another 10 out of 10. Our view, the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the shuttle service, and the overall safety of the area were all top-notch. Just a quick heads-up—people who are afraid of heights or narrow roads might find the drive a bit intense, but we loved it.

The cooking class with Chef Tony is a must-do for anyone in Sorrento! We absolutely loved him and even made a special stop later in the trip just to say hi and pick up some wine.

The all-day boat tour was amazing. Our captain was strategic and got us to the Blue Grotto early before the line became overwhelming. That gave us more time to enjoy the island. Highly recommend!

Our driver to the airport was also fantastic and got us there safely and on time.

We truly cannot thank you enough for everything. It was the trip of a lifetime!

Title: Great Solo Alaska Cruise!

I recently returned from a 7-day Alaskan cruise aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Bliss, and I have my amazing travel agent, Lillian Dikovitsky, to thank for making it all so easy. She planned every detail with care and made sure everything matched my preferences, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The cruise departed from Seattle, Washington, and one of the highlights was our stop in Vancouver, Canada. Vancouver was so beautiful and enjoyable that I already plan to return. Onboard the Bliss, I stayed in a balcony cabin, which was absolutely worth it because the views were stunning, and I could take it all in from the comfort of my room. I attended excellent musical performances, spent relaxing time in the spa, had fun in the casino, and took in the natural beauty of Alaska. I saw a whale, visited a glacier, and went hiking on guided excursions. It was a truly memorable trip. Lillian regularly visits my community to share travel opportunities, and I’ve already decided on my next trip to plan with her.

Title: Two Weeks in New Zealand

The overall experience was wonderful! Lillian was able to take our basic parameters for the trip (visit Auckland, see LOTR film locations, attend a rugby game, approx 2 weeks in country) and develop options for a complete itinerary. We did a little back and forth to refine our plans, but Lillian was always very prompt in turning things around, so that we had enough lead time to book things. Lillian also walked us through the preliminaries of travel to NZ, like getting the proper travel authorizations and options for travel insurance.
It wasn’t obvious during the planning process, but when we were in NZ, we interacted with drivers, guides, hotel staff, etc. that were all coordinated by NZ travel partners Lillian worked with. She has chosen those partners wisely as they all provided excellent service. We wound up making some on-the-fly changes to our itinerary and we could work with those local partners and not have to try and catch Lillian back in the US.
We appreciate Lillian’s expertise and look forward to having her plan our next trip!

Title: Helped Us Through A Medical Emergency - Ireland and Scotland

Wife had a medical emergency in Ireland and was told she could not fly for 28 days; therefore needed an alternative way to get back across the Atlantic to the US after the initial trip was finished 10 days later. Lillian found one of the last two cabins on the Queen Mary2 to cross in 7 days. She also made the reservations for the train to Southampton in England where the ship would leave. In addition she made reservations for the two night stay before leaving. It was a great relief to have someone in the know to do these things. Ireland and Scotland were amazing, would love to do again without a crisis😊. Prior to leaving for the trip Lillian was always there for us to answer our many, many questions. She made it much easier to go!

Our tour guide, Lillian, did an exceptional job organizing and leading our trip to Cincinnati, the Ark Encounter, the Underground Railroad Museum, and the Louisville Slugger Factory. She was professional, knowledgeable, and organized, ensuring that every part of the trip ran smoothly. Our hotel stays were top notch and very comfortable. Title: First Trip As A Couple!

This was our first trip together as a couple and it couldn’t have gone better. From the excitement of meeting with Lillian, letting her get to know us and our expectations to actually just being able to let go and enjoy what she had planned for us. The Hotel was amazing! Free breakfast, spacious, comfortable, and close to everything. Highly recommend.

The wine tour was a 10 out of 10! We actually have a case of wine being shipped to us. We loved the smaller wineries—definitely our style—and had an absolute blast.

Manarola / Cinque Terre
The meet and greet was so nice and welcoming.

The Hotel —WOW WOW WOW. Pictures and stories will never do it justice. We’re already dreaming of going back, and when we do, we have to stay there again. We loved it.

The wine tasting host was amazing and so kind. The only thing we’d note is that the tasting happened in the open area of the bar, and it was a bit hard to hear him at times due to the surrounding noise—but overall, we had a great time.

The sunset boat ride was incredible. Our captain was a great guide and gave us space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

As a whole, we absolutely cannot wait to return someday.

Sorrento
Our driver to Sorrento was very kind and got us there safely.

The hotel was another 10 out of 10. Our view, the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the shuttle service, and the overall safety of the area were all top-notch. Just a quick heads-up—people who are afraid of heights or narrow roads might find the drive a bit intense, but we loved it.

The cooking class with Chef Tony is a must-do for anyone in Sorrento! We absolutely loved him and even made a special stop later in the trip just to say hi and pick up some wine.

The all-day boat tour was amazing. Our captain was strategic and got us to the Blue Grotto early before the line became overwhelming. That gave us more time to enjoy the island. Highly recommend!

Our driver to the airport was also fantastic and got us there safely and on time.

We truly cannot thank you enough for everything. It was the trip of a lifetime!

Title: Great Solo Alaska Cruise!

I recently returned from a 7-day Alaskan cruise aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Bliss, and I have my amazing travel agent, Lillian Dikovitsky, to thank for making it all so easy. She planned every detail with care and made sure everything matched my preferences, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The cruise departed from Seattle, Washington, and one of the highlights was our stop in Vancouver, Canada. Vancouver was so beautiful and enjoyable that I already plan to return. Onboard the Bliss, I stayed in a balcony cabin, which was absolutely worth it because the views were stunning, and I could take it all in from the comfort of my room. I attended excellent musical performances, spent relaxing time in the spa, had fun in the casino, and took in the natural beauty of Alaska. I saw a whale, visited a glacier, and went hiking on guided excursions. It was a truly memorable trip. Lillian regularly visits my community to share travel opportunities, and I’ve already decided on my next trip to plan with her.

Title: Two Weeks in New Zealand

The overall experience was wonderful! Lillian was able to take our basic parameters for the trip (visit Auckland, see LOTR film locations, attend a rugby game, approx 2 weeks in country) and develop options for a complete itinerary. We did a little back and forth to refine our plans, but Lillian was always very prompt in turning things around, so that we had enough lead time to book things. Lillian also walked us through the preliminaries of travel to NZ, like getting the proper travel authorizations and options for travel insurance.
It wasn’t obvious during the planning process, but when we were in NZ, we interacted with drivers, guides, hotel staff, etc. that were all coordinated by NZ travel partners Lillian worked with. She has chosen those partners wisely as they all provided excellent service. We wound up making some on-the-fly changes to our itinerary and we could work with those local partners and not have to try and catch Lillian back in the US.
We appreciate Lillian’s expertise and look forward to having her plan our next trip!

Title: Helped Us Through A Medical Emergency - Ireland and Scotland

Wife had a medical emergency in Ireland and was told she could not fly for 28 days; therefore needed an alternative way to get back across the Atlantic to the US after the initial trip was finished 10 days later. Lillian found one of the last two cabins on the Queen Mary2 to cross in 7 days. She also made the reservations for the train to Southampton in England where the ship would leave. In addition she made reservations for the two night stay before leaving. It was a great relief to have someone in the know to do these things. Ireland and Scotland were amazing, would love to do again without a crisis😊. Prior to leaving for the trip Lillian was always there for us to answer our many, many questions. She made it much easier to go!
